- Control – Up Arrow: Invoke Mission Control
- Control – Down Arrow: Leave Mission Control
- Control – Left or Right Arrow: Switch between desktops
- Control – Up Arrow then press Space Bar: 'Pops' out the desktop's selected window

If you don't care for these shortcuts, you're welcome to change them. To do that launch System Preferences -> Keyboard and select the Keyboard Shortcuts tab. Choose Mission Control and you'll see these shortcuts to the right. Click on a shortcut to highlight it and type in a different shortcut.
